  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil, for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed sweet potatoes, flour, sugar, salt, and coconut milk. Mix well until a dough forms.
  2. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  3. 3. Roll the dough into small balls, about the size of a golf ball.
  4. 4. Fry the sweet potato balls in the hot oil until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
