- 1 cup Thai tea brewed and cooled
- 1 cup Coconut milk
- ¼ cup Chia seeds
- 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Thai tea, coconut milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
Add the chia seeds and whisk until well combined.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the mixture has thickened to a pudding-like consistency.
Stir the pudding before serving. Enjoy chilled.
