- 4 slices Bread preferably thick slices
- 2 cups Thai Tea brewed and cooled
- 2 large Eggs
- ½ cup Milk
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 pinch Salt
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.
2. Add the brewed and cooled Thai tea to the mixture and whisk until well combined.
3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.
4. Dip each slice of bread into the Thai tea mixture, ensuring both sides are well coated.
5. Place the coated bread slices onto the frying pan and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
