Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup Melted butter

Filling

  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup Sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons Thai tea mix
  • 2 teaspoons Gelatin dissolved in 2 tablespoons of water

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a pie dish to form the crust.
  3. Bake crust for 10 minutes. Let it cool.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and Thai tea mix.
  5. Add dissolved gelatin to the mixture and whisk until combined.
  6. Pour the filling into the cooled crust. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
