Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Thighs boneless, skinless
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 2 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger grated
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoon Green Onions sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds toasted

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the bowl and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken thighs until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  4. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside. Add the remaining marinade to the skillet and bring to a boil.
  5. Mix cornstarch with water and add to the skillet, stirring until the sauce thickens.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
