Main Ingredients
- 1 whole Turkey about 12 pounds
- 3 tablespoon Red curry paste
- 1 cup Coconut milk
- 2 tablespoon Fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
- 1 bunch Cilantro chopped
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine red curry paste, coconut milk, fish sauce, and brown sugar.
Rub the mixture all over the turkey, making sure to get under the skin.
Place the turkey in a baking dish and roast in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Let the turkey rest for 15 minutes before carving. Garnish with chopped cilantro.
