Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Tilapia fresh or thawed
  • 2 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce low sodium
  • 1 teaspoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Cilantro chopped, for garnish

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine fish sauce, lime juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger. Mix well.
  2. 2. Marinate the tilapia fillets in the mixture for at least 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Cook the marinated tilapia fillets for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  5. 5. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
