Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine fish sauce, lime juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger. Mix well.
2. Marinate the tilapia fillets in the mixture for at least 10 minutes.
3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Cook the marinated tilapia fillets for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
5. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
