Ingredients

  • 4 slices Bread preferably white bread
  • 200 g Ground Pork
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Cilantro chopped
  • 1 egg Egg beaten
  • 1 cup Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mix ground pork, soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, garlic, cilantro, and beaten egg in a bowl.
  2. 2. Spread the mixture evenly on each slice of bread.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Fry the bread slices, topping side down, until golden brown. Flip and fry the other side until crispy.
  5. 5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
