Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu cubed
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoon red curry paste
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish
  • Salt to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add red curry paste and cook for another minute.
  3. Pour in coconut milk, stir well.
  4. Add tofu, bell pepper, and soy sauce. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Season with salt to taste.
  6. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
