Thai Tom Yum Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 2 stalks Lemongrass cut into 2-inch pieces and smashed
- 3 slices Galangal sliced thinly
- 3 leaves Kaffir lime leaves torn into pieces
- 200 grams Shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
- 2 tablespoons Fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
- 2 pieces Thai chilies crushed
- 1 tablespoon Cilantro chopped
1. In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
2. Add the lemongrass, galangal, and kaffir lime leaves. Simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Add the shrimp and mushrooms. Cook until the shrimp turns pink.
4. Stir in the fish sauce, lime juice, and crushed Thai chilies.
5. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
