  • 1 cup Cucumber, sliced
  • 0.25 cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Chili flakes

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and cilantro.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, fish sauce, sugar, and chili flakes until the sugar is dissolved.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  4. Serve immediately or let it sit for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
