Thai Tuna Salad

Main Ingredients
- 2 cans Tuna drained
- 1 cup Cucumber diced
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- ¼ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
- 1 cup Fresh Cilantro chopped
Dressing
- 2 tablespoon Lime Juice
- 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce low sodium
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili minced
In a large mixing bowl, combine the tuna, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro.
In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, garlic, and red chili.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes before serving.
