Ingredients 

Burger Patties

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha
  • 1 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 egg egg
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, fish sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, sriracha, chopped cilantro, chopped green onions, egg, and breadcrumbs. Mix well.
  3. 3. Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
  4. 4. Grill the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  5. 5. Serve the patties on buns with your favorite toppings.
