Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
  • 1 can Coconut Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Red Curry Paste
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Bell Pepper, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 cup Basil Leaves fresh

Instructions 

  1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until softened.
  3. Stir in red curry paste and cook for another minute.
  4. Pour in coconut milk, fish sauce, soy sauce, and sugar. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Add sliced bell pepper and cook until tender.
  6. Stir in fresh basil leaves just before serving. Serve hot with rice.
