Main Ingredients
- 500 g Ground Turkey
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger grated
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 cup Basil Leaves fresh, chopped
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
Add the ground turkey, cook until browned.
Stir in the soy sauce, fish sauce, and lime juice.
Cook for another 5 minutes, then stir in the basil leaves.
Serve hot with rice or noodles.
