Ingredients 

Filling

  • 1 cup Cabbage finely chopped
  • 1 cup Carrot grated
  • 1 cup Mushrooms finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 pack Gyoza Wrappers

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large bowl, mix cabbage, carrot, mushrooms, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  2. 2. Place a small spoonful of the mixture in the center of each gyoza wrapper.
  3. 3. Fold the wrapper in half and seal the edges with water.
  4. 4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a bit of oil. Place gyoza in the skillet and cook until the bottoms are golden brown.
  5. 5. Add a splash of water to the skillet and cover to steam the gyoza for a few minutes.
  6. 6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
