Ingredients

  • 1 cup cabbage finely chopped
  • 1 cup carrots grated
  • 1 cup mushrooms finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 inch ginger minced
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Dumpling wrappers
  • Water for sealing wrappers

Instructions 

  1. Mix cabbage, carrots, mushrooms, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl.
  2. Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
  3. Wet the edges of the wrapper with water and fold to seal.
  4. Steam the dumplings for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through.
