Instructions
Mix cabbage, carrots, mushrooms, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl.
Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
Wet the edges of the wrapper with water and fold to seal.
Steam the dumplings for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through.
