Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g vermicelli noodles
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • ¼ cup chopped peanuts
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro

Dressing

  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the vermicelli noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine lime juice, fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and chili flakes to make the dressing.
  3. 3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked noodles, shredded carrots, sliced cucumber, and bean sprouts.
  4. 4. Pour the dressing over the noodle mixture and toss to combine.
  5. 5. Garnish with chopped peanuts and fresh cilantro before serving.
