Ingredients 

Salad Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef steak (sirloin or flank) grilled and thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Fresh mint leaves chopped
  • 1 cup Fresh cilantro leaves chopped
  • 1 cup Red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved

Dressing Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 3 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Chili flakes

Instructions 

  1. 1. Grill the beef steak to your desired doneness. Let it rest, then thinly slice.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mint, cilantro, red onion, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, mix together the fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, and chili flakes to make the dressing.
  4. 4. Add the sliced beef to the salad and pour the dressing over. Toss everything together until well combined.
  5. 5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
