Thai Winter Melon Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 medium Winter Melon peeled and cubed
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 4 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 handful Cilantro chopped, for garnish
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
2. Add the cubed winter melon to the pot and stir for a few minutes.
3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and let it simmer until the winter melon is tender.
4. Season with fish sauce, sugar, and salt. Adjust to taste.
5. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
