Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
Place a small spoonful of the pork mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper. Fold and seal the edges with water.
In a pot, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add fish sauce and sugar.
Gently add wontons to the broth. Cook for about 5-7 minutes or until wontons float to the top.
Add spinach and cook for another 2 minutes.
Serve hot, garnished with green onions and cilantro.
