Ingredients 

Wontons

  • 1 lb Ground Pork
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 pack Wonton Wrappers

Soup

  • 6 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 cup Spinach, chopped
  • 2 stalks Green Onions, sliced
  • 1 handful Cilantro, chopped

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
  2. Place a small spoonful of the pork mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper. Fold and seal the edges with water.
  3. In a pot, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add fish sauce and sugar.
  4. Gently add wontons to the broth. Cook for about 5-7 minutes or until wontons float to the top.
  5. Add spinach and cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with green onions and cilantro.
