Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, chopped shrimp, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
Place a small spoonful of the filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Fold and seal the edges with a bit of water.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the wontons until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Remove wontons with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
