Ingredients 

Wonton Filling

  • 200 g ground pork
  • 100 g shrimp, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 20 pieces wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, chopped shrimp, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Place a small spoonful of the filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Fold and seal the edges with a bit of water.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the wontons until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Remove wontons with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
