Ingredients 

Batter

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, beat the egg and then add the milk and vanilla extract.
  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing until smooth.
  4. Preheat the fish-shaped mold and lightly grease it.
  5. Pour the batter into the mold, filling each cavity about ¾ full.
  6. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the mold and let cool slightly before serving.
