Instructions
1. Cook the yakisoba noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Add the chicken slices and cook until they are no longer pink.
4. Toss in the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for a few minutes until they are tender-crisp.
5. Add the cooked noodles to the wok, followed by soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and chili flakes. Stir well to combine.
6. Continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well mixed and heated through.
7. Serve hot and enjoy your Thai Yakisoba!
