Main Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchinis sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 tablespoon chopped cilantro
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add sliced zucchinis and cook until tender.
Stir in soy sauce, sugar, and red pepper flakes.
Remove from heat and add lime juice and chopped cilantro.
