Instructions

  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the coconut milk, melted butter, and eggs until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the cake cool before serving.
