The Pad Thai Stand Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 200 g rice noodles
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 200 g chicken breast, sliced
- 2 eggs beaten
- 100 g bean sprouts
- 2 green onions chopped
- 50 g peanuts, crushed
- 2 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 red chili sliced
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Soak rice noodles in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
Push chicken to the side and pour in beaten eggs. Scramble until cooked.
Add noodles, bean sprouts, and green onions. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Mix in fish sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, and sugar. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Serve topped with peanuts, chili, and cilantro.
