  • 300 g Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Red curry paste
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 egg Egg
  • 1 cup Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a food processor, blend shrimp until smooth.
  2. 2. Transfer shrimp to a mixing bowl. Add bread crumbs, red curry paste, fish sauce, garlic, and egg. Mix well.
  3. 3. Shape the mixture into small patties.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the patties until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. 5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
