Main Ingredients
- 300 g Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup Bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon Red curry paste
- 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 egg Egg
- 1 cup Oil for frying
1. In a food processor, blend shrimp until smooth.
2. Transfer shrimp to a mixing bowl. Add bread crumbs, red curry paste, fish sauce, garlic, and egg. Mix well.
3. Shape the mixture into small patties.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the patties until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
