  • 500 g Fish paste
  • 2 tablespoon Red curry paste
  • 1 cup Green beans, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 cup Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the fish paste, red curry paste, finely chopped green beans, fish sauce, and sugar. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  2. 2. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  3. 3. Shape the mixture into small patties, about 2 inches in diameter.
  4. 4. Fry the patties in the hot oil until golden brown and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. 5. Remove the patties from the oil and drain on paper towels.
  6. 6. Serve hot with a side of sweet chili sauce.
