Tod Mun Pla Recipe
Thai fish cakes, known as Tod Mun Pla, are a popular street food in Thailand. They're made with fish paste, red curry paste, and finely chopped green beans.

- 500 g Fish paste
- 2 tablespoon Red curry paste
- 1 cup Green beans, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 cup Oil for frying
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the fish paste, red curry paste, finely chopped green beans, fish sauce, and sugar. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
2. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
3. Shape the mixture into small patties, about 2 inches in diameter.
4. Fry the patties in the hot oil until golden brown and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
5. Remove the patties from the oil and drain on paper towels.
6. Serve hot with a side of sweet chili sauce.
