- 4 cups Water
- 4 bags Thai tea bags
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Toffee syrup
- 1 cup Half-and-half
Boil the water in a saucepan.
Add the Thai tea bags and let steep for 5 minutes.
Remove the tea bags and stir in the sugar until dissolved.
Let the tea cool to room temperature, then stir in the toffee syrup.
Pour the tea into glasses filled with ice and top with half-and-half.
