Main Ingredients
- 500 ml Water
- 200 g Chicken cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 piece Galangal sliced
- 2 stalks Lemongrass cut into 1-inch pieces
- 3 pieces Kaffir Lime Leaves torn
- 100 g Mushrooms sliced
- 2 tablespoon Fish Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 piece Lime juiced
- 2 tablespoon Cilantro chopped
1. Bring water to a boil in a pot.
2. Add galangal, lemongrass, and kaffir lime leaves. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Add chicken and cook until it's done, about 10 minutes.
4. Add mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes.
5. Season with fish sauce and sugar. Stir well.
6. Turn off the heat and add lime juice. Stir well.
7. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
