Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 ml Water
  • 200 g Chicken cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 piece Galangal sliced
  • 2 stalks Lemongrass cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 3 pieces Kaffir Lime Leaves torn
  • 100 g Mushrooms sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 piece Lime juiced
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Bring water to a boil in a pot.
  2. 2. Add galangal, lemongrass, and kaffir lime leaves. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Add chicken and cook until it's done, about 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Add mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Season with fish sauce and sugar. Stir well.
  6. 6. Turn off the heat and add lime juice. Stir well.
  7. 7. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
