Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Jasmine Rice preferably day-old
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables carrots, peas, and corn
  • 2 tablespoon Tom Yum Paste
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque.
  4. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Stir in the cooked rice, breaking up any clumps.
  6. Add Tom Yum paste, fish sauce, soy sauce, and sugar. Mix well.
  7. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, ensuring everything is well combined.
  8. Remove from heat and stir in lime juice and chopped cilantro.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
