Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Mushrooms sliced
  • 4 cups Vegetable Broth
  • 2 stalks Lemongrass bruised and cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 3 pieces Kaffir Lime Leaves torn
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 pieces Red Chili sliced
  • 1 cup Cilantro chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pot, bring the vegetable broth to a boil.
  2. 2. Add lemongrass, lime leaves, and mushrooms. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Add fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, and red chili. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Remove from heat and stir in chopped cilantro before serving.
