Tom Yum Mushroom Recipe
A flavorful and spicy Thai soup made with mushrooms, lemongrass, and lime leaves.

Main Ingredients
- 200 g Mushrooms sliced
- 4 cups Vegetable Broth
- 2 stalks Lemongrass bruised and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 3 pieces Kaffir Lime Leaves torn
- 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 2 pieces Red Chili sliced
- 1 cup Cilantro chopped
1. In a pot, bring the vegetable broth to a boil.
2. Add lemongrass, lime leaves, and mushrooms. Simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Add fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, and red chili. Cook for another 5 minutes.
4. Remove from heat and stir in chopped cilantro before serving.
