Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 2 stalks Lemongrass cut into 2-inch pieces and smashed
- 3 slices Galangal
- 3 leaves Kaffir lime leaves torn
- 200 grams Shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
- 2 tablespoons Fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons Lime juice
- 2 teaspoons Chili paste
- 1 handful Cilantro chopped
1. Bring the chicken broth to a boil in a pot.
2. Add lemongrass, galangal, and kaffir lime leaves. Simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Add shrimp and mushrooms. Cook until shrimp is pink and opaque, about 5 minutes.
4. Stir in fish sauce, lime juice, and chili paste. Simmer for another 2 minutes.
5. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
