Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 large Onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 can Tomatoes, crushed 400g can
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Add crushed tomatoes, coconut milk, salt, pepper, and turmeric powder. Stir well.
  5. Bring to a simmer and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Blend the sauce until smooth using a blender.
  7. Return to the saucepan and heat through before serving.
