Ingredients

  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • ½ cup Creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Red curry paste
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon Ginger, minced

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, peanut butter, soy sauce, brown sugar, red curry paste, lime juice, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Whisk the mixture over medium heat until smooth and slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving.
