Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon Turmeric freshly grated
- 1 cup Coconut Milk
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 cup Vegetables mixed, chopped
- 1 cup Chicken sliced
1. Heat the pan over medium heat and add the garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
2. Add the chicken and cook until browned.
3. Stir in the turmeric, coconut milk, fish sauce, and soy sauce. Bring to a simmer.
4. Add the mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
5. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
