Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Coriander seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Black peppercorns
  • 6 Dried red chilies soaked in warm water
  • 1 Lemongrass stalk chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic peeled
  • 1 inch Ginger peeled and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Toast coriander seeds, cumin seeds, and black peppercorns in a dry pan over medium heat until fragrant.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
