Vegetarian Thai Spring Rolls Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 8 pieces Rice paper wrappers
- 1 cup Shredded carrots
- 1 cup Shredded red cabbage
- 1 cup Bean sprouts
- 1 cup Fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup Fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 cup Cooked rice noodles
- 1 cup Sliced avocado
1. Prepare all your ingredients and have them ready.
2. Fill a large bowl with warm water. Dip one rice paper wrapper into the water for about 10-15 seconds to soften.
3. Lay the softened wrapper flat on a cutting board. Place a small amount of each ingredient in the center of the wrapper.
4. Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling, then roll tightly from the bottom to the top.
5. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and ingredients.
6. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
