Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
  • 3 tablespoon Red Curry Paste
  • 1 can Coconut Milk
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 lb Chicken Breast, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 cup Thai Basil Leaves
  • 2 Red Chili Peppers, sliced

Instructions 

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and ginger, cooking for another minute.
  4. Add the red curry paste and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  5. Pour in the coconut milk and chicken broth, bringing the mixture to a simmer.
  6. Add the sliced chicken breast and cook until the chicken is fully cooked.
  7. Stir in the fish sauce, sugar, Thai basil leaves, and sliced red chili peppers.
  8. Simmer for another 5 minutes, then serve hot.
