Ingredients 

Pie Filling

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 can pumpkin puree 15 oz
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Pie Crust

  • 1 pre-made pie crust

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted white chocolate, pumpkin puree, heavy cream, beaten eggs, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into the pre-made pie crust.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes, or until the center is set.
  6. Allow the pie to cool before serving.
