Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 lb Chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups Mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
  • 3 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok over high heat and add vegetable oil.
  2. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  3. Add the chicken slices and cook until no longer pink.
  4. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Stir well.
  6. Add the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens.
  7. Serve hot with steamed rice.
