Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Rice noodles
  • 100 g Fish balls
  • 100 g Squid sliced
  • 50 g Morning glory cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Yentafo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the rice noodles until soft, then drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a pot, bring water to a boil. Add fish balls and squid, cook until done.
  3. 3. Add morning glory and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. 4. Add Yentafo sauce, vinegar, sugar, and fish sauce. Stir well.
  5. 5. Place the noodles in a bowl, pour the soup over, and serve.
