Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Eggs
  • 1 cup Mixed Greens
  • 1 piece Tomato sliced
  • 1 piece Cucumber sliced
  • 1 piece Red Onion sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 piece Chili sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil

Instructions 

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Fry the eggs until the edges are crispy and the yolks are still runny. Remove and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the mixed greens, tomato, cucumber, and red onion.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, and chili.
  5. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well.
  6. Place the fried eggs on top of the salad and serve immediately.
