  • 500 g Beef sirloin sliced thin
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup Red onion sliced thin
  • 1 cup Fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup Fresh cilantro chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Chili flakes

Instructions 

  1. 1. Grill the beef until medium-rare, about 3-4 minutes per side. Let it rest, then slice thinly.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, and chili flakes. Stir until sugar dissolves.
  3. 3. Add the sliced beef, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, mint leaves, and cilantro to the bowl. Toss to combine.
  4. 4. Serve immediately, garnished with extra mint and cilantro if desired.
