Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 100 g Glass noodles soaked in warm water for 10 minutes
  • 200 g Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 100 g Ground pork
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 Small red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Cilantro chopped
  • 1 cup Mint leaves chopped

Dressing

  • 3 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 3 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 Bird's eye chilies chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Soak glass noodles in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain.
  2. 2. Cook shrimp and ground pork in boiling water until done, about 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, chilies, and garlic to make the dressing.
  4. 4. Add glass noodles, shrimp, pork, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, and mint to the bowl. Toss well to combine.
  5. 5. Serve immediately.
