Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Rolled oats
- ½ cup Sesame seeds
- ½ cup Honey
- ¼ cup Coconut oil melted
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats and sesame seeds.
In a small saucepan, warm the honey and coconut oil until melted and combined. Stir in the vanilla extract and salt.
Pour the honey mixture over the oats and sesame seeds. Stir well to coat.
Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
Let cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
