Ingredients

  • 2 cups Mixed Vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce and stir well to combine. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Serve hot as a side dish.
